Hi doctors, It has been 1 year one month recovered from COVID. My RT PCR percentage is 72% recovered at home. I don't drink alcohol or cigarette. After COVID 3 months suffered with gastric. No tablets helped me. Self treatment food rule 30 mins before food i drink water and 2 hours after i drink water later every 1:30 300 ml water so no gas since then till now. But since 3 months facing problem, pain in heart and brain. Done ECG three times no problem in the report done cholestrol test no problem. Done MRN for brain no problem. But pain in left side of chest is coming one day and back to the normal for 10 days. That one day I will become very dull I can't become active. Same for brain pain at 2 inches away from back side ear left side one day there will be pain at one point and there will be no pain for 5 to 6 days. Money is getting waste but nothing is shown in MRN or ECG any other. Bounce is body parts move automatically will sleep this also one day problem 10 days I will be ok.

Me,18 year old male. Four months ago,my weight was 78 kgs and now it is 70 kgs(height 5'5'')(without exercise and any diet plan). I am experiencing muscle loss in hands and legs. I sweats heavily for three years. I have blood pressure 140/100, serum uric acid 8.7 mg/dl ,blood urea 12mg/dl, fasting blood sugar 86mg/dl. All other blood test reports are in normal range(TSH,T3,T4,RBC,ALBUMIN). Is my weight loss and muscle loss normal? What should I do?

Today I have booked an appointment for my 2nd dose of Covishield vaccine. When I took the first dose of this vaccine I had a moderate fever after midnight but that time I wasn't travelling anywhere and just came back straightaway to my home after being vaccinated and started feeling a bit lethargic. After midnight I got fever and I woke up the next day I was having body aches too with it. The fever didn't subside that easily as I had to take  1 Tab of Paracetamol 650 mg twice at regular intervals. So, my question is whether on receiving the second dose I'd be getting fever again because this time I have to travel and go to my workplace where I'll be working for continuous 8 hrs. What are the chances of getting fever on the second dose? Should I take rest after receiving the dose?

As per my family, I have received MMR vaccine while I was a kid but we do not have any records of it. Can I take the MMR vaccine again now as an adult? I need to show a proof that I have received two doses of MMR vaccine for studying in the US.
