Am in 6th month postpartum am facing lot of digestion issue am loosing weight My face became too thin which is really not looking gud am loosing weight more I did colonoscopy which is normal last yr did endoscopy which is pangastrititis and erosive duedenties now my stool is became like narrow and it's floating somdays and if I get tensed poop wil come it is floating like stereotype am not understanding what's problem with me my back paining with left leg pain am really frustrated to deal with this

For the last two consecutive nights I had fever around 99-100, along with mild headache throughout the day. Particularly, last night I was a bit cold untill I switched off the AC. In the early morning I took a PCM and temperature came down to 98.4. No issue of headache now. What to do if things dont get settled?
