I'm using razo 20 prescribed by doctor. After few days I'm feeling low energy and dizzy ? In side effect I saw it cause brittle bones and b12 deficient. Is it reason for this side effects?

Hello doctor I have sinus tachycardia showed in ecg. I also did 2d echo , blood test and thyroid. All were normal.another ecg which I took a week later also normal. I'm using beta blockers in the morning and nexito plus in the night. But I'm feeling like some pressure is coming from head and feeling palipitation in neck and chest..I'm very much worried. What is the reason? Is this anything heart related? I'm using beta blockers from 6 months pls help me out .

Night time i can not sleep more than 5 or 4 hours, if my wake from sleep at night then can not sleep again, and day time sleep not come, some time light headache top of the head and sometimes back of the head, eye upper and down side light irritation, behind eye sometimes irritating or tired, which doctor i have to consult, if u have any suggestion give me plz???

I am working person.At job for learning new technologies ( reading ) I am forgetting very quickly and do  not remember for longer time . Earlier I was having good memory in terms of retention of things I read I am not able to concentrate for a longer period of time . It feel like that forehead is getting heat from left and right whenever I study some complex things. Proscatination also noticed. Any suggestion is highly appreciated.
