How many tablet of oraflora do i need to take in a day for mouth ulcer? Please help me and how do i take it with or without food

Yesterday my friend was riding bike and i was sitting on the back seat. Then i saw one dog at road and i always got anxiety whenever i see dogs . So I turned my face otherside . When bike pass through dog i felt some sensation on my leg I don't know if that's because of anxiety or dog teeth/nails touched my leg . Last year 2021 feb i took 5 normal anti rabies vaccine and 1 tetanus shot . In September 2021 i took 2 normal anti rabies dose for dog scratch . In jan 2022 i took TETANUS single shot for cut i got from steel/iron . So i want to know do i need more anti rabies vaccine or tetanus vaccine ?? Or my previous vaccine will still protect me ??

Sir please tell that do tetanus bacteria found everywhere or few specific places only like does it found in wood ,tree ,mud ,soil and all do tetanus bacteria found in rust because I heard that tetanus does not have to do anything with rust do rust iron contain tetanus in it

Sir I have taken tetanus toxoid injection before 7 days and my current age is 17 years my childhood vaccinated for tetanus is complete UpTo 4 dose intinal 3 dose UpTo 6 months of birth and one booster at 18 months then after that taken one tetanus toxoid injection at 15 years of age current age 17 years one tetanus toxoid injection in September 2021 for injury and one before 7 days tetanus toxoid injection today I got injured in mud blood also come out scratch type injury but  do I need tetanus immuglobin as read in Google that tt don't provide instant immunity do I need tetanus immuglobin for protection as muddy injury required attention

I sometimes get pinching pain in my left upper arm just below the shoulder. I also have stiff neck and feel lightheaded when I lie down and move my head. I also feel numbness in my arm sometimes and like a tingling sensation which goes away after sometime. I dont have any other medical problems and not taking any medication. Please suggest what kind of pain it can be? Do I need to get my heart tests done?

My son has fever and tonsillitis problem dr suggested augmentin 375 twice a day is it safe for him.

Do I need antirabies vaccine with immunoglobulin for suspected bat bite ,I'm confused because I went to ER near me but some doctors said no need of arv prescribed only tt and some other doctor said take arv in same er but didn't advised immunoglobulins ..I'm very scared and I also have rabies phobia

My recent lipid profile report Total cho : 236 LDL : 156 HDL : 50 Triglycerides: 167 Non HDL : 185 Do I need to mandatorily start medicine ? If yes, are these to be taken life long ? Can I avoid medicines and control cholesterol ? ( Pls note my father also had a cholesterol & he used to take blood thinner medicine) Pls advise
