Sweating issue
My body doesn't produce much sweat and it heats up too much, especially the underboob area. Is it bad for my skin or overall health?

You should expose your body to the atmosphere whenever you get time. Let the sweat dry up. You can also use some talcum powder like Dermi-cool. I suppose you have to accept all the inconveniences when you are out at work.
