Issue with body not sweating
I am having 3-4 liters of water and urine color is colorless, than also body doesn't sweat when it heats up due to exercise of hot weather. The water I am consuming gets excreted through urine and feels like body does not retain water to produce sweat. Mouth and lips are also dry all the time. What could be the issue? Is it due to electrolyte imbalance or any other problem?

Hi, You are taking enough water and colourless urine is good. It's normal for the water to get excreted by urine. If you take extra water, you will produce more urine. Try to measure your urine output. If it's more than 3 litres per day, that's concerning Do connect if required

I suggest you go for a road run for about 2 km in the open atmosphere (not the controlled climate of the Gym) . You will get sweating.

Are you working in air conditioned rooms ? If yes,  probability of sweating is less  rather water will be lost in urine Also hot and dry climate can cause the same Do not worry Drink plenty of water Check blood sugars Use good moisturizer and sunscreen

This my speciality. I think you should be evaluated for diabetes insipidus. This is not regular diabetes where sugars rise, but a condition where your kidneys are unable to retain water. Hence dilute urine and excess volume. Feel free to connect

**Dear Patient,**  The symptoms you’re describing—lack of sweating despite adequate water intake, persistent dry mouth, and colorless urine—could indicate several underlying conditions, such as:  - Electrolyte imbalance(low sodium or potassium levels)  - Endocrine disorders (e.g., diabetes, thyroid dysfunction, or adrenal issues)  - Autonomic nervous system dysfunction (affecting sweat regulation)  - Dehydration(despite high water intake, electrolytes may be imbalanced)  - Medication side effects(if applicable)  Since these symptoms can be associated with serious medical conditions, I strongly recommend:  1. Blood tests (electrolytes, blood sugar, thyroid, kidney function).  2. A detailed clinical evaluation to assess hydration status and autonomic function.  For personalized guidance and to rule out potential complications, please consult me at the earliest. You may reach me on WhatsApp at **Eight Zero Zero Nine Eight Two One Three Three Two** to schedule an appointment.
