I was bit by a mosquito while bathing in the evening at around 7:15 PM and it left a red kind of mark (image attached). I have been bit by mosquitos earlier as well but none of them left a mark on my body. Is it a dengue mosquito bite ?

I got an normal blood test so I found high cholesterol and rise in liver enzymes alanine transaminase as 74 range is 10-49 And aspartate transaminase 38 range
