Since past few days I Was feeling weak hence underwent these investigations pl also tell me about the suitable medicine. I have attached the screenshot of the report.

Sir actually yesterday night I had taken a capsule of antibiotic and capsule of multivitamin just after taking capsule just means just after little pain is there in chest which subside in 15-20 min then I finally sleep but today pain is not present always but while eating and drinking not pain but very little discomfort is there while eating and drinking that's only please tell

My friend is suffering from loose motion since yesterday evening, no vomiting no cramps no fever, just watery loose motion, most probably due to infection from food( he had curd in the afternoon).Today morning he consulted doctor who prescribed livoflox 500, and floxacin tablets. he took 1dose of livoflox and 2 dose of floxacin since morning till afternoon. but still its not of any help. he is still having watery loose motion twice in every 2 hours. he is on Electrol ,ors. he had his usual meal also in but less in quantity. no other discomfort. but whatever he eats its getting his loose motions. kindly help what should he do??

Hi My mom has 104 fever since Saturday night, today is Tuesday. Till monday, her fever would go down to 101 with meftal forte or dolo .. today it was 98 for 6 hours and now again 103 fever. Her dengue, malaria, covid and typhi tests are negative. But her platelets fell from 180 to 150 from yesterday to today. Other symptoms are severe headache, loss of appetite, nausea and chills when fever is high.. no other symptoms. Throat and stomach are fine. We showed to a doc here and he doesn't have answers. Please advise.. what could this be. Chart Saturday night fever 101 Sunday early morning 104 Sunday full day fever 101-104 Monday full day fever 100-103.5 (took ceftas antibiotic monday night) Monday midnight fever dropped to 95 with low bp Tuesday morning fever 101 Full day no fever Tuesday night fever 103 Please help!

My dad's age is 55 he has diabetes since 15 years last year he had urine infection and kidney infection due to stones and at that time he had Lil bit iron deficiency with 11 hemoglobin but he didn't take any medicine for that we did test again after 1 year we came to know rdw is high and mchc low is this day iron deficiency ? Hemoglobin is normal or not please see reports attached and he's also cld patient

Good morning doctors, I got bit by a rat/mouse in the middle of night while sleeping, but there was no blood. I felt intense pain and woke up. I had a tetanus shot last year. Do I need anti rabies shots? I had 5 ARVs completed in October, 2021. Don't know why I often get bit by these rats which enter my house from time to time.

Hi doctors, I have an active lifestyle and diet is been properly done. Suddenly my hair fall is increased. What will be the reason. Also I have change my non veg diet to veg diet.
