While changing clothes i observed, a bulge or i don't know if this is a normal anatomy, just above my butt cleft, is that sacrum there which is giving that shape or is it swelling? No pain or anything though.

I am getting brrr type spasm lasting 1-2sevonds sometimes just beside/below my tailbone end muscle, i amm too scared, why can this be happening? Also when i sit, sometimes i have slight pain on the bony edge of tailbone. Please help me!!!!

After bowel, i have observed in my buttock's cleft, the place where i feel the tailbone bump towards the right side of cleft, i get a mild shooting type of pain, which lasts 1-2 seconds only, happens only during bowel, and when i press that bone or below it, it feels fluidy, is that an indication of infection/pilonodial cyst?
