Can you have dengue without fever
Hi Doctor
There is dengue outbreak in my state. Since yesterday I'm having headache, eye pain. Felt feverish . Using infra red thermometer, i checked on my forehead it showed 98.8 but in underarm it showed 99.5. after that it was within 98.5
Today also I have headache, feverish feeling but temperature not above 99. It can be dengue ?

Check for CBC and dengue ns1 antigen test
To rule out dengue.

tab paracip 500, 3 times a day after food.

Yup it is possible that you might have dengue. Also dengue fever could be on and off too. Or you could already be in the phase of no fever. This is actually critical phase.
Its better to get tested for NS1 as your symptoms are highly suggestive of dengue
