Hello welcome madam
When it is mild pain,try to take pantaprazole tablets and probiotics
Do the following tests
1) urine routine and culture test
2) pap smear of vaginal discharge for microbiology and others
3) complete hemogram with peripheral smear study
4) thyroid profile
5) fasting and postprandial blood sugar levels
6) ultrasound abdomen and pelvis
If everything is normal, then you can go for conception

First try not to lift heavy weight and asap get ultrasound done and let me know with usg and past history of any illness or pregnancy related
