Hi doctor, I am on medication for high bp. Most of the time it will be below 120/80 or 125/85. But only in early morning when my stomach is empty i have observed my bp going 130/90 or 135/95. After eating breakfast even before i take medicine my bp automatically comes down below 120/80. Is this expected pattern among bp patients? Hi, my fingers get stiff during sleep for the last one month (not specifically in the morning). It can even be during the afternoon sleep but, it gets normal immediately after the first fold or movement,i.e within a minute. Slight Pain occurs only on the first move but am normal after that. What's the reason.
