Hello, my age is 26yrs old I observed recently from few days breathe is stuck in post nasal area and making breathing little difficult for some time but when after getting burp am feeling completely relaxed and breathing coming to normal , also sometimes while sleeping all of sudden heartbeat going fast and coming to normal after sometime don't know what's happening with me,please advise or suggest me what is happening with me.Thanks. Note: last year I got covid and panic attacks
