Hemoglobin levels show different values?
Hemoglobin levels show different values? I have checked hemoglobin level in hemoglobinometer. It shows value around 7.  But the value shown in report taken from popular lab test is 15.70 which is between the range 13 to 17. Who can tell which value or reading is correct and accurate? How can we be sure the value taken from robotic tests are correct and accurate? Which lab does manual tests instead of robotic tests?

The lab test is accurate The change in impendence is the main principle. Idea is each cell is tested when blood is passed through. So what the machine is detecting is better and far more accurate.. Hb meter can have many manual errors
