Doctor, I have sickle cell trait. I have been taking folic acid 5mg regularly since long. But, What is the reason my hemoglobin level always stays between 11-12. In extreme cold/cold, sometimes, I get muscle ache in my leg(under knee muscle). Once, when I had undergone cbc test before 2 months and under impression, it was written as cold agglutinin suspected (Before that night, I had slept with ac turned on). So, what should I eat and what supplement or medicine should I take along with folic acid 5mg ? I was thinking to start taking livogen tonic along with folic acid tablet. Please advise. Thank you.

Hi doctor, i was given a wrong medication by an orthopedic doctor of vitamin D i.e 60,000 IU per day for 11 continuous days which led to toxicity to level of vit d 135 ng/ml.This happened in June 2021, its been a year, but i still face painful symptoms even now, symptoms are 1. Whole body vibrations (unable to sleep because of the vibrations). 2. tremors all over the body especially at hands. 3. Heart bounding and heaviness at chest and body bounces to heart beat. 4. Heart beat sound in head and head shakes to heart beat. 4. Difficulty in breathing and exhaustion. 5. Sleeplessness at night. Your valuable suggestion is required doctor. It is very difficult to struggle each day with such symptoms for the past 1 year, i dont have a normal life since this incident. NOTE: I have no other health issues, Teetotaler, No stress regarding my work, financially well off, no family issues. Literally i was a very healthy and happy person before this vitamin d toxicity with no issues whatsoever.

Hi... I live in Chennai... from morning I don't have any problem... by 3PM after 1 hr of my lunch I sweat a lot.. I feel dehydrated, nausea, I feel like lying ... this happens two to three times a week... what will be the reason

I started taking augmentin 625 for ear infection My doctor recommend me for 5 days twice a day. I want to know how many days are enough to know that this medicine is not working. Because if I see improvement so I will definitely take it for 5 days. But if not then when should I stop? And I feel Giddiness Thanks

Good Evening Doctors, From the last 2 days, i am having some sort of heaviness either in left side upper abdomen or in right side upper abdomen. But today it is in upper right side abdomen. Facing difficulties such as heavy burping, after burping i felt some sort of relaxation other times i feel very discomfortness i feel something is stuck in thr right side throat, actually nothing is stuck there.
