Can a diabetic person who is also a kidney patient get morpenem infused with 100ml NS? As it contains sodium chloride? (The patient's diabetes is already above 200) Please answer.

Yesterday, I ate home made chicken. It was not spicy as well. I am an ibs sufferer too. Post infectious ibs basically after h pylori. Today i am having loose motions, first bowel movement was normal at morning but 2nd and 3rd onwards having loose motions. Is there any other way to counter this apart from taking antibiotics? I have been on antibiotics twice this year due to h pylori(14+ 14= 28 days). So, want to avoid them. Please guide me. Also, i in my rectum, i feel spasm, bubbly type sometimes and felt towards my lower back, mostly during bowel movements. Is that inflammation or due to diarrhoea/ibs? Please guide me and suggest me some non antibiotic medicines! Thank you!

I was sitting in an Auto Rickshaw . The driver spitted outside while he was driving the auto rickshaw. As the Auto Rickshaw was moving i am worried if i had inhaled some tiny droplets of the spit as i was sitting at  back left side. driver had spitted on left side only . what diseases can i get this way ? tb, hepatitis, hiv ? please answer.  i don't know what to do

No sir I not touch that person wound neither my body parts touch that person wound but when he was standing beside me during that time I feel itch in leg may be mosquito bite because the itch is mosquito bite type and when I saw his wound also open so my fear is of mosquito from his wound bite me could I get rabies please reply so that if needed I can proceed for vaccination
