My vitamin D level is 24 ng/ml. I have symptoms like body ache, insomnia, depression, anxiety etc. Doctor suggested me softgel capsules of vitamin D..but the level is not increasing..i m taking these capsules for one month.. should i go for injection or not ?

It will take time to improve.. Minimum 3 months.. Meanwhile check your Hb, s. Calcium, hba1c, thyroid profile as well..

Take tab calcimax 500 mg once a day for a month
Add dairy products in ur diet
U don't need injection at 24 level
