Vitamin D deficiency
My vitamin D level is 24 ng/ml. I have symptoms like body ache, insomnia, depression, anxiety etc. Doctor suggested me softgel capsules of vitamin D..but the level is not increasing..i m taking these capsules for one month.. should i go for injection or not ?

It will take time to improve.. Minimum 3 months.. Meanwhile check your Hb, s. Calcium, hba1c, thyroid profile as well..

take adequate water, juice,ors to avoid dehydration which also can cause similar symptoms.. maintain your regular sleep cycle avoid caffeinated drinks, alcohol, smoking habits if any.. u can connect for further guidance and treatment

Hi dear Take cap uprise d3 once a week for 8 weeks with milk. Take tab calcimax 500 mg once a day for a month Add dairy products in ur diet U don't need injection at 24 level Also anxiety and insomnia are unlikely to be because of low vitamin d so if u are experiencing that often please consult so that we can discuss ur complaints in detail and i can guide u accordingly Take care

Vit d 60000 units,weekly once for at least 2 months is needed Supplement with 1.exercise 2.15 minutes of sunlight on exposed skin 3.calcium rich diet

Hi., I can understand your concern. You can continue vit d med for upto 3 months. With that plan for regular walking in mild sunlight. Drink adequate water Do CBC test also.
