Bumps under my armpits
I am having bump like stuff under both my armpits they aren't ingrowns or pimples but they are are really painful they are round and under my skin. I'm scared I don't know if they are cysts or lumps

description of your symptoms sounds like  hidradenitis suppurativa ,it occurs near hair follicles where there are sweat glands, usually around the groin, bottom, breasts and armpits. The condition can be mistaken for an infection, an ingrown hair.
Next Steps

Hi., I can understand your concern. it can be due to abscess. Kindly share image for better management. Use t bact oint twice a day locally. For pain, can use tab zerodol sp twice a day after food and tab pan 40 twice a day before food for 5 days.
