Good evening, actually am feeling dizzy when I bend down or look at my mobile and also while sleeping i feel dizzy in sleep also i feel like am falling down and when I sleep i feel dizzy alot and this happening since few months and when i move my head side i feel some sounds coming in head or neck I don't know exactly but it's making me.panic alot please help me am worried alottt going through so much since quite few months

2 days back i had some street food at night, 5 hrs later i got stomach ache and i had loose motion and then stomach ache receded Yesterday night i again got stomach ache and after sometime fever as well. Today morning i had mild fever, i took dolo tablet after lunch and fever has decreased now A doctor that i visited prescribed 3 kinds of tablets for stomach ache which are Taxim O 200 Bactrim ds Biotrimds Since all 3 seem to be anti bacterial tablets (i happened to Google tablet names), is it safe to take all 3 together and is it required that i take all 3?

I am on letroz since 3 months as per doctor.My amh is 2.69.will it reduce after 3 months of taking letroz?

I had a continuous fever of around 102 deg F for the last 2 days, got CBC done and the report suggested viral fever. I have itchy skin when I lie down especially on the soles of my feet and palms. There are no rashes or redness. I don't have any fever now. Could you please help me figure out the reason of my itchy skin. I can't sleep at night due to it.

The body is very painful. The  phlegm in the chest & Cough problem.no fever in body.all body part is  very painful.
