I had headache for past 5 days. While taking pain killer it get suppressed and again it starts kindly provide proper solution

Hi Doctor I had cough and headache 8th Aug onwards till 11th Aug. post which headache stopped and cough was reducing too. On 13th Aug I did a 7 hour road trip and was all fine. On 14th Aug evening I suddenly started having pain in my left ear. It continued till 16th morning. On 17th evening I started having headache again. Today I feel fullness in my ears. Pain in my head and cough. Should I give it time to cure by itself or is it something to worry? Please help.
