Stress about my chest burning
I am diabetic patient type 2 and I regularly check it's normal but I felt a heaviness and burning sensation on chest and I talk to doctor they gave me dompan sr tablet said it's due to acid reflux, I take the medicine and get relief but sometimes I forcefully walk fast at some extra distance to check if I feel the heaviness on chest or not yes I feel very little heaviness and when I took rest for 1 minute then there is no heaviness on chest few days ago this heaviness or burning feeling was high but since I was taking medicine for acid reflux it becomes very less I forcefully do some activity to check this but I am afraid is it angina or acid reflux??? Please help

You don't have to always be worried about angina. Since you are already diabetic, it's better to get evaluated ones every 6 months or yearly for retinopathy, renal functions and also get a 2d Echo done. These aren't anyways related to angina but its a assuring thing if these are normal. Get proper treatment for acid reflux from doctor and it needs life style modification too. Kindly focus on these!
