I have been diagnosed with hypothyrodism and its in control after proper medications but why i feel sleepy whole day.. when i sleep for 10 min ( witch is uncontrolable) i feel energetic again for alomost 1-2 hr but after that this cycle repeats

Medicine used for bilirubin but values did not decreased
15 days back also 1.3 only ( indicte bilirubin)
Please suggest medicine and their problem above values.

Muscle and joint pains
I am having mild to severe pain in my legs especially toes of right leg like a stabbing pain. Then muscular pain in arms, abdominal pain and pain in my pallete and right tooth. However, no fever as of now. Currently under medication for vitamin d3 and shelcal XT. Can someone please suggest. I am not diabetic. Hope it's not arthritis.

Liver size.
In my latest ultrasound...the liver size came out to be 147 mm...and it says enlarged liver. What does that mean? Is it a cause of concern? What should I do to make it go back to normal ? I am a little overweight...would shedding weight help in this?

Tingling in whole body
Hi,

Vitamin d3 level
Hi. My vit d3 levels were 36 in January 2022. Without any d3 supplements or change in diet, my d3 levels right now I.e August 2022 are at 81.
How is it possible that d3 levels increased so much without any action on my part. Is it normal or an error in lab testing?
