Hi , I am 28 yrs old my height is 5'4 and my weight is 40kg,I was 48 KGS before.I stopped eating dairy products and lost some weight.I am trying to eat vegan high calorie foods still not able to gain weight. From past few days I am experience stomach pain and diarrhea. How much ever I eat I am not gaining weight? What could be the problem? Is it malabsorption or do I have stomach worms? Which doctor should I consult for my problem?

I'm having constant pain at left side and back side of head, left jaw and near ear area from past 15 days. I feel swelling inside and when move my head at left side or back side, I feel sharp pain and vertigo also. Before 15 days, I've taken the antibiotics course for treatment of sinus at right side of nose which is almost well now. But this time, I'm feeling that this pain is not due to sinus as my nose is not blocked. Please guide me that whom should I consult to get proper treatment. Thanks
