Flu

Today after having the bowel movement, withing a span of 5-10 minutes i started having slight heaviness in right lower abdomen and then i had an anxiety, right nose blocked feeling and little breathing issue (actually i can take deep breath also) but suddenly breathing issue, that i also do not know whether it is anxiety or breathing issue. Mostly i have seen after clearing bowel, this type of heaviness occurs and disturbs my whole day. I was on a medication for gas trouble, eat Pan-D capsule before food. But still i am having heaviness. I am a 25 years old, my weight is 65-68 KG, i am not physically active.

I have vitamin d3 deficiency my level are 16ng/ml. My doctor told me to take d3 must 60k tablet and he told that take this tablet 4 days continuously and after that once a week for 8 weeks. I taken this tablet on day one every thing was fine my deficiency symptoms reduced. But next day i taken this tablet and after 2,3 hrs later i started headache and tingling in my head and also lost my appetite, feel nausea, and i am not taking this medicine now but after 1 week later this symptoms are less but my headache and tingling in head is come and go and weakness aslo comes and go. but i don't know why my symptoms fully not going. my doctor is out of station. What should i do know. Give me some suggestions please.
