I had applied moisturizer in bellybutton to clean but got a big boil after, in nov'2021. Called a local doc for help and he only suggested Betadine powder. It got healed within a weak. But the skin inside navel become wrinkly and in may'2022 again I had a boil this time it was smaller but had blood discharge when cleaned with earbud. applied betadine powder to heal. Now again this month for the last 3 days again had a small boil inside and bleeding with pus. I am bit scared now. Is it something serious? Please HELP me doctor.

Sir/mam I lives in Delhi since 4 days I have fever I feels it during morning and afternoon. Little CHILL I feel during fever. I CONSULT to doctor and I followed up medicine but NO RELIEF. I have taken all arv vaccine 5 in may 2020. And 2 booster in 2021. Recent I have vegue thinking that,something sractch my leg , when a street dog pass near me. I don't find any contact. But still vegue thinking that something may be happened. Some pimple like point scratch seen .it is  due to dog scratch, not sure. May be due to other . Should I take single arv booster or double?

I get rabies exposure but not get vaccinated for 7 days and than get four doses of vaccination and rabies immunoglobulin and now I am afraid of getting rabies , I read on internet that rabies vaccine is always effective before onset of symptoms whatever is the delay, now 20 days left after complete vaccination exposure, Can rabies virus still get hidden in my pheripheral nerves But i read that on reaching pheripheral nerves the virus reach the brain within one day Can vaccine make the transmission of virus in pheripheral nerves slow So please help me out, is i am at the risk of getting rabies
