Since the past 2 days I've had difficulty urinating, and I'm taking citralka syrup since then, but the pain and inflammation doesn't seem to subside, instead its increased since tonight. Please suggest a quick relief, unable to bear it.

Hi dear
If u are unable to pass any urine then it's better to consult a nearby doctor so he can examine u .
If the difficulty is not that much in that case please do a urine routine test and an ultrasound of ur abdomen and pelvis so we can find out the cause as to why is it happening .
Also please inform if u have any sort of swelling in ur body and is it the first time that i have had anything like this
Also are you on any other medication for any other issue
Kindly follow up with the above details so i can help u
Take care

You are having L.U.TS. (Lower urinary tract symptoms) possibly due to infection.
As you are taking citralka already that means either you have already consulted doctor or you have previous history of urinary tract infection or some one has suggested you take citralka. So, this medicine doesn't reduce pain.
Next Steps
you need to give detail history and need evaluation for cause for your symptoms. To rule out kidney stone possibility.
Health Tips
Consult doctor. It is treatable disease if taken care of properly.
