For UTI relief, try home remedies like drinking plenty of water, cranberry juice, or barley water, urinating when needed, applying warm compresses, and consuming foods rich in antioxidants like blueberries, pineapples, and yogurt.

Dear Patient,  Thank you for sharing your concerns regarding frequent urination. Based on your description, urinating every 20 minutes despite a normal water intake of 2 liters/day is unusual and requires proper evaluation. Here’s what you should know:  Possible Causes of Frequent Urination: 1. Urinary Tract Infection (UTI)– Check for burning sensation, cloudy urine, or foul smell.  2. Overactive Bladder (OAB)– Sudden urge to urinate, even with small volumes.  3. Diabetes (Type 2 or Insipidus)– Excessive thirst and high urine output.  4. Prostatitis (in men) – Inflammation of the prostate gland causing urinary urgency.  5. Bladder Dysfunction or Neurological Issues – Rare but possible if no infection is found.  Recommended Next Steps: Urine Routine & Culture Test – To r out UTI or other infections.  Blood Sugar Test (Fasting & PP)** – To check for diabetes.  Ultrasound (KUB)** – If symptoms persist, to assess bladder/prostate health.  *Prostate Exam (if needed)** – For male patients with persistent symptoms.  Temporary Relief Measures: - Avoid caffeine, alcohol, and artificial sweeteners (they irritate the bladder).  - Practice **bladder training** (gradually increase time between bathroom visits).  - Stay hydrated but avoid excessive fluids before bedtime. *Consultation Required:  Since frequent urination can indicate multiple underlying conditions**, I strongly recommend a detailed consultation to determine the exact cause and provide targeted treatment.  For immediate assistance, you can reach me on WhatsApp at Eight Zero Zero Nine Eight Two One Three Three two .
