Hello doctor I have sleepy eyes and dizzy and some burning sensation in inside feet Yesterday I check my b12: and vitamin d And vit b12 is 126 and vit d is 19 My sugar is 80 that I measured after 4 hour of lunch I started neuro tab and taken one injection for b12 but still I am feeling energy less and dizzy ,sleepy

Since day before yesterday night I am feeling like my heart is skipping a beat. I have no breathing issue with it. Also I am feeling like the skipped beats are coming from my belly. Before that I was having a muscle strain on my right chest and back for 2 weeks, whenever I was doing any stretching movement of that particular right side it was aching. Doctor, I'm an aquarium hobbyist. I have an planted tank (aquarium with PLANTS and FISH). Today, I'm seeing in the internet that if aquarium water get into the body, it may end up with catching various of disease, including Hepatitis. I have touched my aquarium water many times and sometimes I didn't just bother to wash my hand (even without soap) after getting touch with that water. Will this cause any problem, Doctor?
