Hi, How can i get a nurse to give injection for 10 days for a treatment? I am put up in Andheri. Any idea?

I was standing out rat came to my feet I didn't not notice that and there was no scratch or wound or bleeding at that time so I didn't bother of that but now my feet was paining a lot I took tt on 8th day of bite . Should I bother of pain I don't know what's happening to me can u provide treatment.  Is rat bite dangerous. please suggest me .my husband neglected me to the hospital
