Heart palpitation
If you get up after sitting for half an hour, the heart rate increases upto 100-110. Then comes to normal in about 5 min.  What is the reason for this..my ecg,echo,blood test and thyroid all r normal. Is this due to anxeity..?

No it’s a normal physiology of the body. Until and unless you feel dizzy or pain in the chest a mild rise in heart rate is fine. What is your average heart rate, BP and body weight. Kindly share details
