Hi, My T3 and T4 are normal but TSH is 8.050 Is anti thyroid antibodies panel test required in my case ?

Hi! My recent blood tests, done 4 days back, show T3 -0.94, TSH -3.840 and T4 - 14.49. The report says T4 is above normal range . From today afternoon I'm experiencing a high pulse rate (100-130). At rest it is 105 and increases to 130 even with minimum activities. Please suggest next steps. I have attached my blood test reports. Thank you.

First I took cirozin so now can I continue with ciplox? For remain 3 days?

My mother has swollen ankle from a month due to which she's not able to walk due to pain. The pain goes away after walking for 10-15 mins. I also tested her blood sugar on Glucometer. The blood sugar (fasting) was 168 mg/dL. She didn't had any issue of diabetes in past. Her blood pressure was 128/70, spo2 was 93-96, heart beat 77 BPM. From last 1 day she's experiencing dizziness.
