Sir.Sometimesnmy heart rate reaches 110 in resting position, morning my urine comes yellow colour, I have head ache that too often comes on left side .I have neck left pain,left side shoulder joint pain,left side leg knee pain.sometimes numbness in left hand and left leg.my brain mri shows"Impression: 1)Prominent cerebellar folliae. 2) Sulci appears prominent in the bilateral cerebral hemisphere- 3) Prominent cysterna magna-Fs/o Mild cerebral and cerebellar atrophic changes.".. cervical mri is normal...ECG shows sometimes minimally abnormal...kindly help me what might be the rootcause for these issues...kindly hemp me.. please... please..will i get paralasys or heart attacke...or brain stroke...?kindly suggest me me what to do...

Hi, I had got contacted with a pet dog( dog is vaccinated) 40 days back, it catched my thigh and I was wearing jeans, I did not see jeans got torn nor any scratch or wound, but still I visited doctor since in past I had 2 times bite ( one in 2012 and another in 2019, both times vaccinated), doctor said no need of vaccine and gave tt, 2 days back I got fever and head ache, dog is doing fine, I am bit suspicious since fever and headache I don't usually get, let me know if I need to revisit hospital.

I have a very interesting question for you regarding gastritis. My question is if only PPI is effective in treatment of gastritis ? I understand the fact that PPIs can help to block all the channels which produces acid in the stomach. But gas is mainly produced in the intestine by the bacteria . Yes , it can come up to the stomach and esophagus . But my question is if only PPI is effective to treat it ? Is that the reason , PPIs are augmented with antiemetic drugs for better management ?

Are H2 blockers like Ranitidine used in clinical practice nowadays ? Or PPI is a better choice as it can block H2 as well as other channels which produces acid in stomach ?
