When T4 and TSH levels are high ,though rarely , certain conditions should be considered
1 poor compliance with thyroid replacement in patients with hypothyroidism and 2.more rarely seen in the recovery phase of non-thyroidal illness.
3.lab interference 4.resistance to thyroid hormone
And 5.pituitary tumor
