I feel right side pain in chest and indigestion today and when I rub the area I got burp 2 or 3 times and pain goes is it related to heart or not???

Is it safe to use "hair fact" kit and fat burner simultaneously? The "hair fact" kit was advised by the doctor to stop hair thinning and the fat burner that I am using is "Lipo-6"

I took care of my uncle who was an aids patient whn he was in hospital ..while in hosp he had blood on his hands because he pulled out the IV needle ..it was around 18th or 19th November 2020 ...he died on November 26th 2020...after that I had fear that I might have touched his blood n so did a hiv test on Jan 3rd 2021 which came negative ...do I have to repeat it again...? I recently was a bit anxious and then I suddenly I got nausesus and then I felt so dizzy and I had tunnel vision and sparkly vision and then I got back to normal in like 30 seconds. What caused it and who should I consult.
