I have shared my tongue image.Is it anything serious about this bump? I am not a smoker,nor alcoholic nor chewing tobaco.

I have right lower back pain while turning in bed, and when I sleep straight there's no pain. When I turn or cough the pain occurs. (I have a desk job. However, I even took multivitamin tablets but the pain seems to be still there) I do not understand why. It doesn't bother me when I sit or walk or stand but only while sleeping)

I am facing real bad issue with my scalp. Really bad flacky dandruff that it doens't go. If i try to remove it with my nails even my skin do come out with it. I tried many Shampoos like ketoconzole and nizarol and many more shampoo per it stays for a day and next dandruff appears. My hair is getting thin plus per day i loss like 50 hair while taking bath and when ever I put hand in my hair 5,6 hair will be there in my hand every time.

Vitamin deficiency and mineral deficiency which is best medicine and what if overdose happen I have vitamin b and d deficiency recurrent it goes after supplement so what duration this can be taken What if over dose happens
