I have neck problem..loss of cervical lordosis..also osteophyte at c4 c5..disc protrusion at c6 c7 with mild nerve compression in recent MRI report
5 months ago i had vertigo but only when lying on bed which started during sleep..it was like turning head while lying on bed..that time doctor gave vertin 16 for 3 weeks with physiotherapy..
Now again yesterday i started my physiotherapy after recent MRI report and in the night,again same kind of vertigo happened during sleep
I want to know is this BPPV or cervical vertigo bcoz I don't feel vertigo while standing or sitting
It's just like while lying

It is probably BPPV you are suffering from which typically occurs when you change your head position especially while lying down.If you have a disc with significant bulge you will have symptoms related to radicular pain , tingling numbess as well.
recommend that you try and sleep on your back, as the crystals within your ear canals are less likely to become disturbed and trigger a vertigo attack.Continue with physiotherapy and betahistine 16 mg .

Your condition mostly points towards a cervical spine cause rather than BPPV. This is a young age for any surgical correction. You need to stick to proper physiotherapy regularly for improvement of symptoms
