Proper Hydration and sleep are must. If u are working, and it involves long sitting hours , then make sure your sitting posture and the height of the working table is sufficient so that u can sir straight with neck erection. Most cervical spondylitis issues are due to bad sitting a d working posture. Also make sure u take breaks to stretch your neck and back after every one hour to relieve the stress and discomfort of your muscles. If u are not involved in sitting job, then habits like sitting lax on sofa or watching television while reclining on your pillows over bed, are such habits which spoils your posture. Meet a doctor to get all these checked and corrected

lie prone, on your tummy for few minutes everytime before u sleep in night and after getting up in morning,  before leaving your bed

Drink plenty of fluids.. more than 3 litres of fluid so that your body will be hydrated.. sleep well minimum of 8 hours at night.. you will definitely feel better
