I am attaching my cervical MRI report
..i am having vertigo..it happened once 5 month ago and now again when i have started my physiotherapy.. physiotherapist told me it's bcoz of your neck problem..i want to ask what causes cervical vertigo..is there some artery compression or nerve compression?? And can this compression result into some permanent loss of blood flow?
I feel vertigo mostly while lying on bed..also there is tinnitus in ear..

Your symptoms of vertigo associated with tinnitus is related to inner ear problems like BPPV ,miniers disease rather than cervical disc issues.Your MRI report shows 2 level disc bulges with spinal canal narrowing .You need to consult with a ENT doctor and spine surgeon
