One side Numbness when lying in bed

Asked for Female, 28 Years

I am 29year old few month I got this pblm...when I am lying one side on bed opt side leg ,hand ,arm ,face ,head all getting Numbness...May I know the reason and how to treat this...is this any serious issue...And I am giving breast milk to my baby is this affect to my baby???.. Please help with me
