My friend had cold and nose block he will use Vicks Nasal inhaler Stick frequently but sometimes he feels burning sensation is this normal? He uses it 15 times in a day while holding other nostril closed is it correct to use like that? He has got dust allergy too

Hi, I had muscle pain , little weakness & nerve ache in hands & legs from past 3 days. I have past Vitamin b12 & d deficiency from many years. So I took Methycobalin 500mcg tablet yesterday morning as doctor suggested me in earlier years prescription. Today I got checked my Vitamin B12 - 249 Vitamin D 24. Vitamin D is inefficient but Vitamin B12 showed more as I took tablet? Earlier when ever my vitamin b12 was low i had same symptoms. Should I consult doctor & take Vitamin B12 injection?
