I am suffering with Grave hyperthyroid as n Atrial fibrillation for 21 months. Recently I am feeling a lot of pain in muscles and joints. So I got Vitamin D and Vitamin B12 tests. My Vitamin D is very low 5.5 ng/ml. I am taking Uprise D3 60-K for it. My Vitamin B12 is also low 152 pg/ml. Question 1; Can I take methycobal 500 mcg tablet to for vitamin b12? Question 2: Is there any harm if I take 1500 mcg? I am also taking blood thinners, bp and grave hyperthyroid tablets for 21 months. Kindly answer both questions.

I have visited several dentist they told there is no problem in the mouth...it may be from other parts..how to diagnose i bad breath from other parts

I suffered from typhoid 40 days before I had my course and had injection for 7 days ceftrixone and had antibiotics for 14 days but from last 3 days at night i feel chills while sleeping , and feeling fever but when I measured it was normal around 98.6 only and yes feeling weakness from last 45 days straight, and lost 7 kg weight   almost since 2 months what should I do should I go for test again but my doctor said report will show positive for 2 months so i don't what is happening can anybody help me. Your answers will be appreciated thankyou

Hi Doctor There is dengue outbreak in my state. Since yesterday I'm having headache, eye pain. Felt feverish . Using infra red thermometer, i checked on my forehead it showed 98.8 but in underarm it showed 99.5. after that it was within 98.5 Today also I have headache, feverish feeling but temperature not above 99. It can be dengue ?

I face lightheadedness and sweating especially during day time. i stay in navi mumbai. though weather is humid here but still i feel i sweat more that other people. mild lightheadedness is also there. last week i was on antibiotics for my tonsil problem.

From the last 3 days, i am having heaviness in lower abdomen either in left side or either in right side. But most of the time i felt right sided heaviness in lower abdomen. Today i felt firstly on left sided, then after having lunch slowly it had turned to right sided lower abdomen, i felt heaviness in right lower abdomen, heaviness in right side throat, burping increased, which gave me some relaxation. All was fine till 1 hour before, suddenly i had to go downstairs from my 2nd floor office, so got my work done at the ground floor, and returned to my office after climbing the stairs. Within a few minutes i felt some uneasiness, nervous and i felt very discomfortness all over the body, i felt i am out of control, getting alots of burping and uncontrollable tensions. Now i am feeling light normal, but facing only heaviness in right lower abdomen. Panic attack is now normal. But i do not know why it happened suddenly, i am not in depression or anxious.Please guide me.

I have constant dizziness and palpitations in chest,neck region for 1 year...i hv shown to neurologist and cardiologist they said everything is normal...now i am on proponolol and ecacitopram but both medicine is not solving my problem..it is difficult for me to perform my daily activities...what should I do now???

My vitamin b12 is 161 and is quite low and vit d3 is 15.87...plz suggest me some good vit b12 medicine and d3 medicine...my haemoglobin is also slightly  on lower side...kindly suggest me good vitamin b12 medicine of good pharmaceutical company which should be easily available

My sister is having nose block In pharmacy they are Recomending her to use vicks Or Amrutanjan inhaler Can she use it?
