From the two months when I was going to sleep I was crying it happens two times in two months my body parts are inmoveable I am unable the family people wants to woke me but i can't .My eyes were open and the neck became stiff .After some time I woke up and all things seems good.What is this.

Since past 4-5 months I have been feeling terrible like there is some weight in my chest and no matter I do I can't get rid of this heavy feeling I feel lonely no matter if I'm alone or not. I don't have the energy or motivation to do anything I just lie in my bed doing nothing I pretend to be fine but I feel so much mental pain. I'm in college and this is hindering my studies I'm unable to focus I don't enjoy anything and no amount of sleep is enough I've been sleeping way too much now I just go from one day to another with no drive or motivation to do anything I have stopped hoping that things will get better. Is this depression what should I do to get out of this. I've been taking vitamin b12 and vitamin d supplements since past 2 months but still my energy level is low. I don't know what to I don't want to keep living like this.

I am taking vitamin d3 60,000 iu weekly but I feel thirsty very much and sleeping problem? What should I do?

Will consuming Pyrantel Palmoate kill pinworms that have accidentally migrated to the reproductive system? Moreover, is occasional anal itching at night a sign of pinworms, or does the anal have to itch the whole night?

One year ago done coronary angiogram report is ' normal epicardial coronaries, large calibre vessel with delayed dye clearance ' with zero calcium score. Hdl 64, tg 46, ldl 54, hs-crp 0.48 two months ago report. Echo normal (65% ef), ecg normal. Sinus  rhythm. Non smoker, non diabetic, non alchoholic Please suggest what to do? Symtomps are still hampering quality of my life badly. Is it a cardiac problem? If yes, can it be life threatening? Should i repeat angiogram once again? Plzzz help

It's started 3 months back suddenly at some time of day I feel very very extreme uneasy from middle of abdomen till neck and something around neck , nausea like feeling , hands and legs shaking , extreme weakness and fatigunes though I have gastric and acidity but these symptoms never showed up , i feel  like I will faint , and if one day I drink alcohol than the next day became worse chest conjetion and pain sometimes but I feel very extreme useasy around my neck don't know what that is but very uncomfortable like it will break and dizziness , I did my ecg , cbc , echo , brain mri , vitamin , mineral test ultra sound of abdomen , chest xay, liver , urine , kidney test, magnesium , d , all the test but everything came normal . Please help me wht is happy do I need to do any other test ?? some  suggested me for psychiatrist , the psychiatrist suggested me ethilam and vonoprazan for one month after that still I have symptoms suggested me d ventin 60 taken 27 days but still I have symptom
