Hello, i am 30 years old, my bp is usually 120/90 in doctors clinic and at home its usually 105/75 at home. My doctor says my 120/90 is normal. Is it normal to have a bp 120/90!? I regularly exercise and dnt eat outside unless urgent, non smoker and not alcholholic , i have done my ech and echo all were normal, my Colestrol and LDL level are within range,
