Regarding the Tetanus (TT) shot:

If you have completed your primary childhood vaccinations, a booster is usually required every 10 years.

While a TT shot is not strictly 'urgent' in this case, many healthcare providers suggest a booster after 5 years for any injury to ensure maximum immunity. If you want to be 100% certain and 'reset' your 10-year protection, you can get a dose now. If the wound is very superficial and healing well, you may also choose to wait until your next scheduled 10-year booster.
Wound Care:
Keep the area clean and dry.
Watch for any signs of infection (redness, swelling or pus).
Continue applying a basic antibiotic ointment if the skin is still open.
If the wound shows no signs of infection over the next 48 hours, you are likely in the clear.

This is a superficial clean cut with no deep injury or contamination. Last tetanus vaccine 6 years ago gives adequate protection so risk is low

your wound is clean and minor caused by a clean knife, Generally you are protected if your last shot was within 10 years. Since yours was 6 years ago, you are still within. No need of TT .You are going to be okay
