I am having regular digestion problem like discomfort & pain in stomach & upper stomach region. Burning sensation too. Very low appetite & low energy level & fatigue with this. I have also developed some white grains on my chin recently. I have body aches daily in back & neck region. What could this be ? And how should I treat this ?

The whole body feels dull and numbness in hands and legs,light head. feeling sleepy and sour mouth . I slept for few hours and feeling the same. No other symptoms. What test needs to be done for finding the cause.

After my meal if i move around my heart goes weird I have to immediately sit down and relax before moving I recorded an ECG strip, which is showing some thing happening .. can you check what it is? I already have an echo done, which is okay

Sir,daily i went office through 2 trains during the travel and office duty i walk near 6000 steps . Early morning 5 am wake up and get ready office at 7am .i used the bike 20 min travel and reach the parking and walk 700 steps to reach train. After 45 min travel i change route by 800 steps walk and reach another railway station after i reach work place. In the work place i use starcase and some walking in the  plant.after i return the home by same way and reach the home at 8.15pm . Totally i walk 7000 steps per day not continuously but intermediate walks ... i have confusion form my health any extra exercise required or 7000 steps  in daily life is enough or not.. for healthy life . Weakly 5 to 6 days work... please guide me

Mostly during summer I get this burning sensation in my legs, I can't put my shoes on due to heat sensation. I have to put water to reduce the heat. Sometimes my knee feels very weak. Sometimes I feel lethargic.. Second issue is that in my left side belly i feel uneasyness. No pain. But feels like something is pulling  from inside.

Is it okay to have frequent back pain at 18? Sometimes it also get worse. Is it something serious? I also get weakness symptoms like randomly sar ghoomna. Am i weak? Do I need to take multivitamins? And today I was having extreme head ache, it felt like my head will burst out.Am i okay?
