I have been having some slight swelling in the Perineum since a few days. There is no pain but I can feel some sort of a swelling when I touch the area. I had some infection and pain there, two weeks ago but I had medicines and applied T-Bact ointment for one week and the pain had gone but there is still some swelling. I also found slight redness What could it be? Is it something serious? I have attached images

Sir/Ma'am yesterday morning I was riding towards my way to the office on red light i stopped a car came from behind was coming didn't use break their bumper was scratched and they hit me on my head with something i couldn't see no vomiting no blood no black around I witnessed only head spin and dizziness for 1 -2 mins only but since the I'm continuously fearing having a little headache plss help shall i go ahead with ct scan ?or I'm safe?

I am facing difficulty in sleeping at bed time, my office shift time is 12:30 to 9:30pm, the work life balance is quite okay and I completely work in laptop. I was scratched bybs dog.I was completed my vaccination. Then I was scratched by dog again.Then what should I do?

In january 2025 I was scratched  by a dog.Then I completed my full course of Rabbies vaccine from our local government hospital.Then,after 7months, in September 2025,I was again scratched by a dog.I again went our local government hospital & show my previous prescription of full dose of vaccination to the doctor.Then,doctor gave my only two booster dose only.0 & 3..With this new prescription, I went to sister for my vaccination.Sister gave me the vaccine on my both arm in each day..Now my question is am free from Rabbies now?Did I complete my schedule dose?I am worried.

During workout if my pulse rate goes to 190 bpm during exercise i not feel any symptoms now if my pulse rate reach to 170 bpm i have to stop my exercise because when it reach 170 bpm I am not able to do exercise and it feels heavy type sensation in chests if I try to continue at 170 bpm before it does happen happening since one month
