There are multiple causes for low Haemoglobin. First get Haemoglobin checked. If really low, take syp R.B. tone 5m.l. morning and evening for 4 weeks. Tab neurobion forte one daily for 4 weeks. Take more of fresh green leafy vegetables,  beetroot, pumpkin, pomegranate, apple, nuts, berries.
