Dry eyes can occur because of advancing age, prolonged screen time. Post. Subcapsular cataract can be due to diabetes ,inflammation,  trauma, long term use of steroids, but not due to high b.p. Please share details of your symptoms,  then I can guide you better.

Not high bp.use sunglasses if you feel light sensitivity. For dry eye use lubricants and wash eye two to 3 times in day.

You have: • Dry Eye Syndrome (on lubricants, improved) • Posterior Subcapsular Cataract (mild) → explains light sensitivity & occasional blur
Next Steps
• Continue current eye drops: – Lubricants regularly (Aquim PF, gel at night) • Eye check-up: – Every 6–12 months to monitor cataract progression • Consider surgery only if: – Vision significantly interferes with daily activities • Check for contributing factors: – Blood sugar (diabetes) – Any past steroid use
Health Tips
• Use sunglasses outdoors (for light sensitivity) • Limit screen time, take breaks (20-20-20 rule) • Blink frequently to reduce dryness • Stay hydrated ⚠️ Red flags: • Rapid vision decline • Increased glare at night (driving difficulty) ⸻
