I have vitamin D defficiency. My vitamin D(25-OH) value is 13.7. What tablet i have to take? How long i have to take?

My daughter she is very active but not eating at times. From last 20 hour she is drinking water but puking immediately. She is not liking to eat or drink anything. What shall i give her to keep her fee relaxed and hydrated.

Hi, Have got little fever from today morning till 100-101. Plus body ache, sore throat and feeling cold too. Have been taking sinarest and doll after gap of 3-4 hours. Can some doctor suggest medicine for fever, body ache, throat ache and little headache too. Had little cold ice cream from fridge 2 days before.

I am attaching my cervical MRI report ..i am having vertigo..it happened once 5 month ago and now again when i have started my physiotherapy.. physiotherapist told me it's bcoz of your neck problem..i want to ask what causes cervical vertigo..is there some artery compression or nerve compression?? And can this compression result into some permanent loss of blood flow? I feel vertigo mostly while lying on bed..also there is tinnitus in ear..

My son who is 5years old. He wasn't drinking enough water since yesterday ..he got cold yesterday and started drinking lot of water and going to bathroom frequently passing urine more quantity and it is plain in colour... no bad smell and he is active also. What could be the reason ..
