I have irritable bowel syndrome since a long time. Some days I have more bowel movements like 5 times . No stomach pain but frequently feeling the need for bowel movement. Earlier once doctor gave me colospa 135 and it was of good help. My query is if I take colospa 135 before food and econorm sachet after food is that ok? As I am taking econorm sachet since 2 days now as prescribed by a doctor. Is it ok to take both colospa 135 tablet and econorm sachet within half an hour gap?

Hello doctor, My mother has bypass surgery 9 months ago...from the last 2 days she is suffering from viral fever...she is taking paracetamol but no such effect...can she take antibiotic???

Pan-D Oxerute cd tablet Oxerute cd ointment He prescribed it for 15 days. I have not started still I am facing same issue what will I do? Please suggest me.

One month ago I went to the doctor for a viral cold/ cough and at that time my bp showed 140/100. Do doctors recommend checking after a few days. So I checked it after  recovering from cold and cough and took bp readings which came around 140-90 and this is where my BP phobia started after googling on the internet about high bp. So I went to the hospital and they checked my bp it showed 130/80 and they checked my bp again in lying position and it was 120/80 and third reading 120/70. And the next day i took all the heart tests ( ecg, 2d echo, tmt, CBC, x ray pa view, lft. Lipid) everything was normal. The doctor recommended that I exercise and monitor my bp for 2 months. Within 1 week of proper sleep and walking my bp range is around 115-130/60-85. But whenever I see any news or anything related to heart attack or heart disease I get anxiety and when I check my bp that time it goes 150/80 but when I get relaxed and take reading after 5 minutes it comes back to 120-130/70-80. plz advice

Hi doctor, In one of the YouTube video I saw saying we should avoid drinking water 1 hour before lunch and 2 hours after having lunch. Is this true? Should one avoid water with food?
