Hello Doctor I'm shamili 34, I'm suffering from Anxiety past 1 year Now 2 days back...my anxiety panic attack came as hyperventilation Previous i use to have high heart rate & palpitations I went to pulmonologist , but he said sometimes due to stress anxiety it will come If again it is repeated do chest xray pa view & bcoz my saturation is dropping when hyperventilation is happening  around (91 to 95 ) What would be treatment for it to solve ? Can we do breathing excercise to control it....? Do i need to consult psychologist for my anxiety & panic attack Thank you

Doctor i am previously vaccinated with 4 dose intradermal Anti Rabies Vaccination schedule was Day 0 3 7 28 around 6 months ago and again i took 2 intramuscular Rabies Vaccine Day 0 and Day 3 Last 2nd booster dose was taken on 11th April 2023 but today on 27th April A Street Dog Scratch me with Nails No Deep Wound just skin redness and drop like blood comes out so should i have to take booster dose of Rabies Vaccine ?

From last August I had typhoid I took a course of antibiotics once in August once in October once in January and last on March on March I had injection for 5 days twice 2gm monocef but. Again Im feeling fever pain in stomach weakness feeling swollen lymph nodes headache ( i have done all test like hepatitis b c hiv 1&2 scrub typhus) all are negative it is again relapsing i guess what should I admit at hospital or do anything else)

Hi For the past two days, I am feeling tingling in right elbow and feet. I have been sitting for longer hours for the past 3 months. What can be the reason? How to correct it?

I visited a doc for post fever issues such as weakness , tiredness and mild cough. Doctor checked using Stetho and said cold is there. This time there was no sore throat. Doctor prescribed these medications ; Monticope A , Moxiclav 625 , Bplex Forte, Cough syrup (SOS) Paracetamol (SOS) Now after 1 day , I got sore throat , should I report back the doctor for any changes to the medication? Or the existing medication will be able to take care soar throat ?

Hi Experts, I am having migraine pain on left side of head. I got to know that Vasograin is effective for it. Can you please suggest the dosage for it. Can I stop as soon as headache stops? Please advise. Thanks Manish

I don't what happened with me this my fever doesn't going away. It stays 100.7. It's been over 15 days. I have to go to work daily. I checked cbc and malaria and widal test all normal. I have low weight 54 kg. I always have platelet count around 150 k. What tests should I go further for. Should I admit to hospital?

Dear doctor ..i was the strongest girl till 2020 april ..during covid i started facing health issues like anxiety ,wired feelings ,wired headaches .death fobia ,always scared to heart ..i even did MRI of brain normal ..i did more then 20 ECGs which comes almost normal but some times ECG shows heart beat 115,120, i did thyroid test which came normal ,Hemoglobin 11.5..vitamin D is less so i took 3 months medication ,, it's been almost 3 years now ,no peace for mind ,always scared of life ,married an my husband is a good person ,keeps me happy always an have a child.. god has given everthing but always worried about health ..after taking vaccine people facing chest pain ,i an my husband both started getting chest pain after the vaccine ,i took 6 months anxity medication ,nothing worked ,some times i feel i'm dying bcz i feel like i'm passing out an gonna faint ..i was my face then i feel better ,2 times early morning my heart started racing an i started sweating..went for ECG an normal
