I am 38 suffering from hypothyroid and depression taking medicine for both . My question is shall I take B protein powder for strength and energy, Saw this protein powder in pharmacy shop .clear my and my body weight is 81.5kg

I feel soreness in my mouth,teeth and tongue from four days. If i eat anything then soreness feeling increases. Mouth ulcer is also there. I tried many home remedies ,but no use. What i have to do? Please suggest me any solution for my problem.

Hi Sir, off late I am having this problem of heaviness in Head. Sometimes I get a headache and after application of Navratna Oil and Zandu balm get relief. I avoid headache medicines. I also have this constant runny nose in the morning. My mother says it's because of this I am getting a headache. My BP is mostly normal. Also I have scalp psoriasis so I apply ketoconazole shampoo, is this might be the reason ? Pls help
